The Opt-Out Right

Under California law, a resident can direct Vmeus LLC to stop selling or sharing personal information collected through this site or through calls to 951-467-1600. Submitting this request does not affect the ability to call for plumbing dispatch service.

How to Submit a Request

Verification

A request may require enough information to confirm the identity of the person making it, such as a name and the phone number or address associated with a prior call. Only what is needed to verify the request will be asked for.

Authorized Agents

A person may name an authorized agent to submit this request on their behalf. Written permission signed by the resident, or other reasonable proof of the agent's authority, may be requested before the request is processed.

Response Window

Requests are acknowledged and acted on within the timeframe required by California law, and a response confirms once the opt-out has taken effect.

Non-Discrimination

No request submitted under this policy will result in a denial of service, a different price, or a different level of quality for anyone who calls Urgent Plumber.
